Britney On Air with Ryan Seacrest


Britney and will.i.am phoned into On Air with Ryan Seacrest this morning to discuss their collaboration "Scream & Shout" as well as premiere the long awaited single.

They spoke of working in the studio together, how the collabo came together, Britney's massive fanbase "The Army," and the music video.
