It was kind of surreal to actually be there... You know, I saw Britney in concerts may times, on Good Morning America and all that but it was actually the first time I was at an event she'd attend. Security was tight, fans crazy, vibe extremely hot. My full review is coming up for you guys... In the meantime, check out this first picture of Britney on the Tribe Hyperclub red carpet and a video covering the event.
Britney is in Montreal already and ubritney.com has the exclusive! She's saying at the Le Cristal Hotel. My source said:

Hey guys, as you know, i am in montreal for the show tonight, and i have some amazing newz for ya'll. britney is in TOWN! It is 8:10 Am Local time, and i Just took a walk around the block to have a smoke, and BRITNEY IS STAYING IN THE 5* HOTEL NEXT DOOR TO ME!!
I AM SHITTING MY PANTS!
i will keep you updated with more news and pictures as it comes in...
I usually don't do things like that but I had to because many fans are still worried about tomorrow's concert in Montreal.
I just the called customer service at the Bell Centre and the girl I talked to told me that the only changes were related to the schedule.
The actual show will go on as planned, with the full stage. She said that she wasn't aware of the rumors and that if anything needs to be done in order for the stage to be fully installed, they have technicians there who can fix everything quickly.
If Britney's tour team decided to bring The Circus to the Bell Centre, it's because it can handle it, for sure. All big shows get played there.
ExtraTV.com: Pop tart Lady Gaga is burning up the charts with "Just Dance," but the stylish crooner still has an obsession with fellow singin' queen, Britney Spears!
Gaga admits, "I used to go to TRL with my girlfriends after school sometimes just to see Britney's fingernail in the window." Joking, she adds, "She's on tour and she's focused. I'm a terrible influence. Larry Rudolph [Spears' manager] probably has a 'If you see this girl, don't let her in' sign in the office."
Lady penned the song "Quicksand" for Spears -- and confessed that her fave Brit song is the super sexy "Slave 4 U."
Gaga says, "I've gotta say 'Slave 4 U' was a moment for everyone. When that bitch came out with that slammin' body and that sweaty video we were all like, 'We can't hate on you.' She ended every pop diva queen's life. It's a good video."
The mysterious singer is always spotted in sunglasses and an outlandish outfit, but she revealed a piece of the puzzle when she answered the question of the origin of her stage name, saying, "It's from the Queen song, Radio Gaga."
Gaga is only 22, but she admits that when the time is right, she'd like to be the fave of QVC! "I sort of have a secret desire that when I turn 55, I want to become a QVC girl and sell domestic vacuums. It's all about the hair flip and the manicure."
Lady also opened up about her often being scantily clad, commenting, "It's the funniest thing because I have such a rap as being this, raunchy, over the top... but I dress quite sophisticated." When asked how she stays warm in her skimpy outfits, she says, "I think about being in bed with a really good looking guy."
The singer's fashion sense has made headlines so often, rumors began circulating that Lady Gaga wanted to try her hand at fashion design. "No, that's a big rumor. Here's the thing. I'm so busy... and I don't want to vomit merchandise all over the fashion world and call it my line... If I were to do it, I'd want to take a minute and a break, and really do it."
Yesterday was quite a crazy day. I got in Toronto at around 3:45PM, checked in my hotel and then left for some shopping. The only thing on my mind, though, was the concert.
So I got all ready, showed up at the Air Canada Center at around 7:00PM. That's where I met fans who recognized me from the site. We chatted for a while, took pictures and well... I signed autographs. Kind of surreal, I know. Christina, Vanessa and Alex, it was nice meeting you guys! Other people just looked at me, said hi or just pointed me out. It was cute but I was shy at some points, seriously.
So I bought all the tour goodies I wanted, ate a bite and then, it was time to get under the Big Top. As I walked down toward my seat, I just couldn't believe it. BEST SEAT EVER, seriously. It was CRAZY. The pictures prove it... Yeah, I took these pictures. See how freaking close I was?
I just sat there, amazed, looking at the freaking big stage. That's when The Pussycat Dolls (Ashley, Kimberly, Melody and Jessica) came out from backstage and walked right in front of me to get to the stage. They were seriously like 2 feet away from me. Later on, Nicole came out, looking serious and minded for the show. She smiled and waved at us and she looked at me... Man, Nicole right in front of me, crazy.
The Dolls did an incredible job, fired up the crowd with their set. They performed their new song Jay Ho and it was tight. Those girls are perfect. Sick bodies, seriously. They were hot all the way. Nicole kept saying: "Are you ready for Miss Britney Spears!?" To which of course, the crowd went wild. After about an hour, the girls left the stage.
That's when Brett came out, followed by Britney's bodyguards. She was really nice, chatted with fans, waved and smiled my way. She was really cool.
And then, that's when I freaked out. Ok, I don't know if I should reveal this but anyway... This big guy came out pushing a rolling black box in which, you guessed it, Britney was hidden. That's how they bring her under the stage! The entrance to go under the stage was right in front of me, by the way. So this guy got in with the box and came out seconds later. That's when Brett looked at the now empty rolling box and just smiled.
The Ringleader was ready.
I also saw Larry multiple times, walking from under the stage to the other backstage area, taking time to take pictures with fans.
At some points, one of the security guys opened the drapes (the way it works it's like drapes hiding the small place where Britney gets dressed) and I got a glimpse of Britney herself, dressed up in the Piece Of Me outfit (it's hidden under her Ringleader coat).
The artists from The Big Apple Circus then came on stage and offered a sick performance. They were great but honestly, I just couldn't handle it anymore...
I wanted B to take the stage.
That's when it happened. The lights came out, the circular screen was lowered down and the video with Perez began. Everyone was going wild, myself included.
And then, screen up... There she was, being lowered from the ceiling, looking fierce. I was happy that for the first part of the show, Britney was facing my way. Oh man, she was hot, perfect, stunning... You know that vibe you get from her... It was all there. She walked down the stage lift and walked right my way. There she was, straight in front of me, closer than ever. I'm sure she looked at me, but if you ask other people near me, they'll say she looked at them. Well it's weird cuz it seems like her eyes were just staring at all of us. She knew we had been waiting for this.
Security was tight and annoying and it was SO hard taking pictures. Considering I have a professional camera, they didn't want me to take pictures but I did manage to catch a few good shots and videos.
And you know what? I can totally confirm that Britney's mic is ON for most of the show. I could clearly hear her breathe throughout the performances. The beginning of Boys was live, parts of Do Somethin' too. For Womanizer, I could easily hear her voice over the playback track.
She seemed so much more confident, so happy to be on stage. I could see ALL her facial expressions and you could tell she was having a good time. There's incredible chemistry between her and the dancers. She'd look at them, smile and she seemed to tell them: "Lets rock this out." She was perfect.
All numbers were tight, exciting. Her dance moves were on point. She appeared to dance much more now than she did at the beginning of the tour. The new Toxic dance break is sick. So damn cool.
The Peepshow is one incredible spectacle. To see her flying around like that in the frames or with the aerialists was insane.
The Ring Of Fire part during Slave was so intense. For me, this is THE big bang of the show. The fire, the hotness, everyone in sweat and Britney, in the very middle of the place, in the air, looking at us (yes, she was looking my way again), with that fierce look and attitude. I could feel her energy... It was so intense. She was clearly saying: "Hey bitches, look what I've accomplished." This moment right there was pure perfection.
And then came the encore, Womanizer. For some reasons, Britney took it kind of slow for this number. She didn't dance as much as she did early on during the show. The cage was also missing... Only the stage lift was up with stares all around. It looks better off this way, if you ask me.
And it was done, under that sparkle rain, she was standing there, with her dancers, she seemed happy and accomplished. Confetti everywhere, the fans going wild. It was just a nice, perfect evening.
For everyone saying Britney isn't what she was 5 years ago, well, it's maybe true. The kind of show she puts on is slightly different but in a good way. She's more artistic then ever now and she seems to know what she wants more. She still takes the stage like no one else does and brings you in her own universe. This, my friends, is the power of Britney Spears.
Look at my pictures (I'll add more later) and watch my videos below (make sure to watch them in HQ, it's worth it)!
Why look for drama every fucking time? Can someone just tell me...
So I'm in Canada right now, attended yesterday's concert, will be attending tomorrow's concert in Montreal too.
Let me make this SIMPLE:
The show in Toronto tonight at the Air Canada Center will start earlier than planned. Doors will open at 5:30PM and The Pussycat Dolls will take the stage at 7:00PM (it was originally starting at 8:00PM).
Why that?
Because the stage equipment has to be transported from Toronto to Montreal over the night for tomorrow's concert at the Bell Centre.
And the concert at the Bell Centre tomorrow will start at 9:00PM instead of 8:00PM.
See now... As easy as 1+1=2. Tonight's concert starts 1 hour earlier, tomorrow's concert will be 1 hour late. Sooo... That's the extra hour they needed to set up the stage and all. If anything, minor parts of the stage won't be ready on time for the concert but there's no need to worry, I'm confident everything will be ready.
Several fans contacted me to say they received a call from GEG (I received it too) this morning to announce the new schedule.
The official press release from GEG.ca reads:
