Rumor has it that the Twister commercial featuring Britney might debut today. One of the girls in the commercials Tweeted about it yesterday:

Britney is also rumored to be the new face of L'Oréal and new commercials are to be shot in time for when X Factor debuts in the fall.

A huge congratulations to Britney was announced today. Britney's album Blackout which has been quoted to be considered "one of the best albums in the past 5 years" is now in the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame. This is Britney's only album to achieve this accomplishment.

Back in 2001, Britney was currently on the European Leg of her Oops!..I Did It Again World Tour. She was up for a few Radio Music Awards, but was unable to be live at the event at Aladdin Casino & Resort in Las Vegas. However, Britney did pre-record a performance of Stronger from her show in Hanover, Germany that same night. Check out the performance below.

Louis Walsh has stated that Britney Spears is "brilliant" on The X Factor USA.

The UK X Factor judge recently filled in for the ill Simon Cowell for the American version of the talent show, where he worked with Spears, Demi Lovato and LA Reid on the panel.

Speaking at today's auditions in Glasgow, Walsh praised the 'Toxic' singer for her talents on the show.

Walsh said: "I loved Britney. She is such a star. She's really bright, really brilliant, she has it totally sussed."

He added that he was flown to America by a private jet, but slept through the whole journey, while also bringing his slippers for the journey.

Walsh was teased by fellow judges Spears and Lovato for his anonymity in the US before he appeared on the Fox talent show.
